Umero Communication Server

Umero is a communications workflow platform which first extracts the transaction data from each message it receives, then intelligently routes them between automated or human operations for processing before sending the correctly formatted instruction to the customer of backend system.

It was initially developed to process fax transaction processing for a Fortune 500 bank in 1998, but has since evolved to support straight through processing (STP) of transaction across multiple communications channels.
